Sec. 134.063. NOTICE OF APPROVAL OR DENIAL. The commission shall notify the applicant and any objector that the permit application has been approved or denied: (1) within the time provided by Chapter 2001 , Government Code, if a public hearing is held under Section 134.062; or (2) not later than the 45th day after the date of the last publication of notice of application if a public hearing is not held.
