Sec. 126.161. EXHAUSTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REMEDIES. Administrative remedies must be exhausted before a court may: (1) assert jurisdiction over a claim against the conservator or the credit union; or (2) restrain or otherwise affect the exercise of the powers or functions of the conservator.
