Sec. 126.160. JURISDICTION AND VENUE. (a) A suit filed against a credit union while the credit union is under conservatorship, or against a person in connection with an action taken or decision made by that person as a conservator of a credit union, must be brought in Travis County regardless of whether the credit union remains under conservatorship. (b) A suit filed by the conservator under Section 126.155 may be brought in Travis County.
