Sec. 1251.115. RIGHT TO CONDUCT PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OR AUTOPSY. A group accident and health insurance policy must provide that the insurer has the right and opportunity to: (1) conduct a physical examination of an individual for whom a claim is made when and as often as the insurer reasonably requires during the pendency of the claim under the policy; and (2) in the case of a death, require that an autopsy be conducted, unless the autopsy is prohibited by law.
