Sec. 122.157. FALSE LABORATORY REPORT; CRIMINAL OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person, with the intent to deceive, forges, falsifies, or alters the results of a laboratory test required or authorized under this chapter. (b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a third degree felony.
