Sec. 122.156. RULES TO ADDRESS CERTAIN PROCEDURES. The rules adopted under this subchapter must specify in detail the procedures that: (1) a credit union must follow to obtain commissioner approval of a merger or consolidation; and (2) the commissioner must follow in approving or disapproving the merger or consolidation.
