Sec. 1071.360. DISCOVERY OF UNDISCLOSED LAND. A licensed state land surveyor who discovers an undisclosed tract of public land shall: (1) make that fact known to any person who has the tract enclosed; and (2) forward a report of the existence of the tract and the tract's acreage to the commissioner.
