Sec. 1071.359. LICENSED STATE LAND SURVEYOR FIELD NOTES. (a) Official field notes made by a licensed state land surveyor must be signed by the surveyor, followed by the designation "Licensed State Land Surveyor." (b) Field notes and plats prepared by a licensed state land surveyor must conform to Sections 21.041 and 21.042 , Natural Resources Code. (c) Field notes made by a licensed state land surveyor in any county in this state are admissible in evidence.
