Operation of school or acting as instructor without license a misdemeanor

(a) It is a Class A misdemeanor for any individual to direct or operate, alone or in conjunction with others, any commercial driver training school without being currently licensed pursuant to this chapter. (b) It is a Class A misdemeanor for any person to act as instructor in a commercial driver training school without being currently licensed pursuant to this chapter.
