Rules and regulations

The contact agency or joint review team or team leader is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. Rules and regulations procedural in nature only shall not be subject to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5. Any other rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act. Acts 1981, ch. 131, § 46.
