All state entities authorized to provide assistance - Composition of joint review staff - Loans of personnel

(a) All departments, agencies, or other entities of state government, including the University of Tennessee and institutions operated by the board of regents, are authorized to provide any assistance requested by the joint review team, the team leader, or the contact agency. (b) The joint review staff may be drawn from any of the preceding entities and personnel shall be placed on loan to the team at the request of the team leader. The loan shall continue for the term of the joint review process, and for a reasonable time thereafter, and during such period the compensation, benefits, and expenses of such loaned employee shall continue to be paid by the employing entity.
