Certificate of authority to insure against hail--Required qualifications to obtain

When applying for an original certificate of authority to insure growing crops against loss by hail, the insurer must be otherwise qualified therefor under this title, and it must have received applications for such insurance from not less than one hundred persons owning in the aggregate not less than five thousand acres of grain; and each such applicant must have given to the insurer the obligations referred to in §
58-35-41
, or paid the premium required subject to the insurer qualifying to transact insurance.
