Inspection before issuance of shop license--Fee

No shop license may be issued to any person for any new shop wanting to commence operation, or for any shop changing hands, or changing location, until the shop has passed an inspection of the premises and equipment. The inspection shall be made by the Board of Barber Examiners pursuant to the rules promulgated by the board pursuant to chapter
1-26
. The fee for the original inspection may not exceed one hundred twenty-five dollars, as established by the board by rule promulgated pursuant to chapter
1-26
, and shall be submitted along with the application for license and license fee.
