Title IV-D agency as payee

In any case in which any Title IV-D agency is providing child support enforcement or income withholding services, the Title IV-D agency may direct any obligor or other payor to change the payee to the Title IV-D agency, or other appropriate entity. The Department of Social Services may also redirect support payments as allowed by this section to meet the requirements of §
25-7A-3.2
. The Title IV-D agency or department shall notify the obligor, the obligee, and the clerk of court of any change.
