Application for reinstatement--Fees and charges--Determination of eligibility

The application for certification pursuant to §
16-16-21
and the supporting proof shall be in such form as the Supreme Court may direct. The applicant shall pay to the clerk of such court and to the secretary of the Board of Bar Examiners the same fees and charges as required of applicants for a license to practice law. If the court is satisfied as to the prerequisites stated in §
16-16-21
for entertaining such application, there shall be determined as provided in §
16-16-23
the qualifications of the applicant for such certification.
