All monies arising from the redemption of lands, leases, and sales of property or otherwise coming to the authority for the Sinking Fund, must be paid into the State Treasury and kept on a separate account by the Treasurer as a fund to be drawn upon the warrants of the department for the exclusive uses and purposes which have been or shall be declared in relation to the Sinking Fund. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.T.1 substituted "authority" for "State Budget and Control Board", substituted "department" for "board", and made other nonsubstantive changes.
