The State Fiscal Accountability Authority shall receive and manage the incomes and revenues set apart and applied to the Sinking Fund of the State. The authority shall report annually on the financial status of the Sinking Fund to the General Assembly. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.T.1, substituted "Fiscal Accountability Authority" for "Budget and Control Board", and added the second sentence.
