§ 40.1-2-4. Disclosure of information about patient’s estate. Any bank or other custodian of assets or income that is part of any patient’s estate shall be required to disclose the existence, nature, and amount of the assets and income upon written request of the department. The department shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any information so obtained, except as provided in the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to § 40.1-2-2. History of Section.
