§ 40.1-1-17. Law revision. All general and public laws affected by this chapter shall be revised, amended, consolidated, or conformed by the law revision office. Wherever in general and public laws reference is made to the functions of the department of health that are transferred to the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals, the law revision director shall proceed according to the provisions set out in § 22-11-3.4.
