(a) Requirement.-- The shade tree commission shall annually report to the board of commissioners the shade tree commission's transactions and expenses for the preceding fiscal year of the township. (b) Incorporation.-- The park commission may incorporate the transactions and expenses in the park commission's regular report to the board of commissioners.
