(a) General rule.-- The Minor Judiciary Education Board shall consist of such members as provided in this subchapter. (b) Seal.-- The Minor Judiciary Education Board shall have a seal engraved with its name and such other inscription as may be specified by general rule. A facsimile or preprinted seal may be used for all purposes in lieu of the original seal. 2007 Effectuation of Repeal. The Legislative Reference Bureau effectuated the 1992 repeal. 1991 Unconstitutionality. Act 147 of 1990, which amended the entire section, was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. In re Act 147 of 1990, 528 Pa. 460, 598 A.2d 985 (1991).
