The addition of 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 28 is a continuation of the act of December 15, 1986 (P.L.1595, No.175), known as the Antihazing Law. Except as otherwise provided in 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 28, all activities and duties initiated under the Antihazing Law shall continue and remain in full force and effect and may be completed under 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 28. Orders, regulations, rules and decisions which were made under the Antihazing Law and which are in effect on the effective date of this section shall remain in full force and effect until revoked, vacated or modified under 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 28. Prosecutions and policies entered into under the Antihazing Law are not affected nor impaired by the repeal of the Antihazing Law. 2022, FEBRUARY 3, P.L.16, NO.4
