The following shall apply: (1) The Pennsylvania State Police and the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts shall identify and complete the processing of records that are eligible, on the effective date of this paragraph, for limited access under 18 Pa.C.S. § 9122.2, within 365 days following the effective date of this paragraph. (2) A petition for limited access under 18 Pa.C.S. § 9122.1 may be filed beginning 180 days after the effective date of this paragraph. 2018, OCTOBER 19, P.L.535, NO.80
