(1) Except as otherwise provided for in paragraph (2), any reference in any act or part of an act to 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709 without specification as to subsection (a) or (b) of that section shall be deemed to include a reference to 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709.1 as if fully set forth in that act or part of that act. (2) Any reference in any act or part of an act to 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709(b) shall be deemed a reference to 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709.1 as if fully set forth in that act or part of that act.
