(1) Except as otherwise provided for in paragraph (2) or (3), any reference in any act or part of an act to 18 Pa.C.S. § 5504 without specification as to subsection (a) or (a.1) of that section shall be deemed a reference to 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 2709(a)(4), (5), (6) and (7) and 2709.1 as if fully set forth in that act or part of that act. (2) Any reference in any act or part of an act to 18 Pa.C.S. § 5504(a) shall be deemed a reference to 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709(a)(4), (5), (6) and (7) as if fully set forth in that act or part of that act. (3) Any reference in any act or part of an act to 18 Pa.C.S. § 5504(a.1) shall be deemed a reference to 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709.1 as if fully set forth in that act or part of that act. 2003, SEPTEMBER 30, P.L.120, NO.24
