Oregon Code § ORS 97.981

Purchase or sale of body parts prohibited

(1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (3) of this section, a person commits the crime of purchase or sale of a body part for transplantation or therapy if the person, for valuable consideration, knowingly purchases or sells a body part for transplantation or therapy if removal of the body part from an individual is intended to occur after the individuals death.
(2) Purchase or sale of a body part for transplantation or therapy is a Class C felony.
(3) A person may charge a reasonable amount for the removal, processing, preservation, quality control, storage, transportation, implantation or disposal of a body part.
