The Long Term Care Administrators Board may not carry out a disciplinary action against an individual who holds a license under ORS 678.710 to 678.820 unless at least one board member who represents the type of license held by the individual attends all board meetings related to the disciplinary action. Note: 678.793 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 678 or any series therein by legislative action.
