(1) When the Health Licensing Office proposes to refuse to issue or renew a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license under ORS 678.710 to 678.820, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183. (2) Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183. (3) If the final order of the court on review reverses the offices order of suspension, revocation or refusal to renew, the office shall issue the license and reinstate the appellant not later than the 30th day after the decision of the court.
