Oregon Code § ORS 430.254

Goal of treatment programs for persons with substance use disorders

The Oregon Health Authority shall develop treatment programs, meeting minimum standards adopted pursuant to ORS 430.357, to assist drug-dependent persons to become persons who are able to live healthy and productive lives without the use of any natural or synthetic opiates. [Formerly 430.240]
Note: 430.254 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 430 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
