(1) The Supreme Court, acting through the State Court Administrator, shall exercise control over the use of the Supreme Court Building. (2) The State Court Administrator may enter into a contract with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to provide for insurance, operating, maintenance and security services for the Supreme Court Building.
