Whenever space in the office building authorized by chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1971, exceeds current requirements of the Employment Department, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services may assign such space pursuant to ORS 276.004 and 276.410. However, rental rates for space so assigned shall be computed as provided in ORS 276.575 and shall be subject to maintenance and necessary service charges. Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1971, for the words this Act in section 10, chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1971, compiled as 276.585.
