Events. A state officer or employee attending a conference, seminar or similar event related to the performance of his or her official duties may accept gratuities and hospitality made available to all participants in the event. Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January 1, 2015.
