Committees. A labor union may use its funds to pay for the establishment of, administration of and solicitation of contributions to, one (1) political action committee affiliated with the labor union. Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January 1, 2015.
