Oklahoma Code § Rule-2.26

Title 74E. Title 74E: Use of Corporate Funds for Political Action Committees

A corporation may use its funds to pay for the establishment of,
administration of and solicitation of contributions to, one (1)
political action committee affiliated with the corporation.  For
purposes of this section, “corporation” shall mean a corporation,
its parent, subsidiary, branch, division, department or local unit
of such corporation.
Promulgated by Ethics Commission January 10, 2014; effective upon
Legislature’s sine die adjournment May 23, 2014; operative January
1, 2015.
