Title 82. Waters And Water Rights: Property rights of private landowners

The property rights of private landowners adjacent to a scenic
river are the same as in any other area of the state.  The
unauthorized use of private property is trespassing and is subject
to the penalties provided elsewhere in the statutes for such an
offense.
