Title 70. Schools: Chairman and vice-chairman - Meetings - Quorum

The members of the Commission shall elect annually by a simple
majority of the total members present at a regular meeting, a member
to serve as chairman and a member to serve as vice-chairman.  The
chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Commission and shall
have the power to call meetings of the Commission with proper
notice.  The vice-chairman shall perform these functions in the
absence or incapacity of the chairman.  A quorum shall consist of a
simple majority of the total membership of the Commission.  A quorum
shall be necessary to conduct any official business.
