Title 70. Schools: School district boundaries - Duties of county clerk

On or before the first day of January of each year, the county
clerk or a designee of the county clerk shall obtain from the State
Department of Education and furnish to the county assessor of the
county a current description of the boundary of each and every
school district or part of a district in the county and also notify
the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the county assessor and county
treasurer of the county of any and all changes in the boundaries of
a school district lying wholly or in part in the county.
