Title 70. Schools: Students exempt from mandated tests

The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules providing
for limited exemptions from the mandated tests administered pursuant
to the provisions of the Oklahoma School Testing Program Act for
students facing exceptional emergency circumstances which prevent

the student from being assessed during the testing window.  For
purposes of this section, exceptional emergency circumstance shall
be defined to include situations involving serious accidents or
medical emergency events involving the student, a parent or guardian
of the student or a sibling of the student.
