unneeded machinery, equipment or vehicles.
The board of county commissioners of any county or the governing
board of any city or town is hereby authorized, in its discretion

and upon such terms, conditions and for such consideration as it
deems advisable, to lease, loan, sell or donate any obsolete,
surplus or unneeded machinery, equipment or motor vehicle which it
may have to the board of education of any technology center school
or technology center school district for use in connection with any
training, maintenance or other similar educational program conducted
by such board of education.  Such educational programs may include,
but shall not be limited to, the performance of field training
projects in behalf of any county, municipality, school district or
any organization not organized for profit, to provide needed
training experience for the persons enrolled in such training
programs.
