Title 68. Revenue And Taxation: Officer derelict in duty forfeits pay

In case of a dereliction of any duty on the part of any officer
or person required by law to perform any duty under the provisions
of this article, such person shall thereby forfeit all pay and
allowances that would otherwise be due him, and the board of county
commissioners, on receiving satisfactory evidence of such
dereliction or failure, shall refuse to pay such person or persons
any sum whatever for such services.
