Title 66. Railroads: Settlement with incompetents

Whenever any railroad corporation shall take any real property
as aforesaid, of any minor, any person who is incapacitated or
partially incapacitated as such terms are defined by Section 1-111
of Title 30 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the guardian of the minor, or
incompetent person, may agree and settle with the corporation for
all damages or claims by reason of the taking of such real property,
and may give valid releases and discharges therefor upon the
approval thereof by the judge of the county court.
