Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Fees

Fees collected in family planning centers shall be forwarded to
the State Department of Health, and shall be deposited in the Public

Health Special Fund, and expended as is now provided by statute, or
as may be provided in the future.  Provided, however, that where
family planning centers are a part of the services of a county,
district, cooperative or city-county department of health the State
Commissioner of Health may direct that such fees be deposited with
the county treasurer of the county where the center is located, and
the Commissioner may direct that such fees be added to a specified
item or items of appropriations for the county, district,
cooperative or city-county health department, and no further action
or appropriation by the county excise board shall be required to
make such funds available for expenditure.
