Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Rules, regulations and standards

The State Board of Health is authorized to promulgate rules,
regulations and standards for the operation of family planning
centers as follows:
a.  Eligibility of persons for service.
b.  Approval of contraceptives, practices, devices and
pharmaceuticals, and the methods of their utilization.
c.  Clinical procedures.
d.  Medical services to applicants.
e.  Establish a fee schedule to be charged applicants who
are financially able to pay for services and devices,
pharmaceuticals or other equipment and supplies furnished.
f.  Records to be maintained.
g.  Any other rules, regulations or standards required to
carry out the legislative intent expressed in this act.
