Oklahoma Code § 63-128.2

Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Storage of explosives

Nothing in this part shall be held to apply to persons,
partnerships or corporations who store not to exceed twenty-five
(25) pounds of said explosives, except nitroglycerine, in any one
place at any one time, nor to the manufacturing or storing of drugs:
Provided, however, that for good cause shown, the Chief Mine
Inspector or deputy may issue a permit for temporary storage of any
of said explosives, except nitroglycerine, not exceeding five
hundred (500) pounds.
