Title 63. Public Health And Safety: Transporting vehicles to be labeled

Except as otherwise regulated by federal law, every vehicle
carrying or transporting nitroglycerine in this state shall have
conspicuously marked thereon in letters not less than six (6) inches
in height on each side and the rear of such vehicle, the words
"Nitroglycerine - Dangerous."
