A. Nothing in this act shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion. B. It is not the intention of this act to make lawful an abortion that is otherwise unlawful. C. Nothing in this act repeals, replaces or otherwise invalidates existing federal or state laws, regulations or policies.
