Title 61. Public Buildings And Public Works: Rejection of bids

By majority action of the governing board of the awarding public
agency or the chief administrating officer of an awarding public
agency without a governing board, the awarding public agency shall
have the right to reject any or all bids and solicit bidders again
as herein provided if, in the opinion of the governing body of the
public agency, the best interests of the people of the State of
Oklahoma would be best served by so doing.
