medical marijuana – Disciplinary action. A. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision is hereby authorized to issue guidance to all allopathic physicians in this state on the recommending of medical marijuana to patients. B. The Board may take disciplinary action as provided for in the Oklahoma Allopathic Medical and Surgical Licensure and Supervision Act against any allopathic physician who willfully violates or aids another in the willful violation of the provisions of Section 420 et seq. of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes or the provisions of Enrolled House Bill No. 2612 of the 1st Session of the 57th Oklahoma Legislature.
