Title 59. Professions And Occupations: Assistant pharmacists

A.  Any person who was licensed as an assistant pharmacist
before July 27, 1961, and who met the standards and requirements for
licensure pursuant to the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act may practice as an
assistant pharmacist.
B.  Assistant pharmacists shall not manage a pharmacy.
C.  Every assistant pharmacist shall meet the same requirements
for pharmacists listed in Sections 353.11, 353.12 and 353.16A of
this title.
