A. The hearings provided for by Section 1370 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be conducted by the Board itself at a regular or special meeting of the Board. Such hearings shall be conducted in conformity with and records made thereof as provided by the provisions of Sections 301 through 326 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes. B. It shall continue to be the duty of the Attorney General to issue his official opinion to the Board and to prosecute and defend actions for the Board, if requested to do so.
